My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I work with young children, adolescents, couples, and families who desire to enrich their lives through personal relationships they have with themselves and others. I focus on increasing people's awareness of their belief systems that have shaped their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Identifying the beliefs that are connected to their suffering creates an awareness that gradually brings about change.
